GENERAL

If you act as a private person, you apply to the Distance Contracts Act, as well as the Consumer Purchase Act. These laws have provisions that cannot be changed by other agreements. When registering or purchasing, you agree that we will store your information digitally and that we will use your information to fulfill our obligations regarding your order. We process Your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You have the right to request the information we have stored and we will delete it if you ask us to do so. Should any condition in our terms of purchase prove to be in violation of Swedish or EU law, this does not mean that the terms of purchase shall be invalid in its entirety, but the terms which prove to be invalid shall be replaced by equivalent text that follows existing legislation.
 - If you act as a legal person (company), the Purchase Act applies. The terms of purchase listed for companies on this site        apply primarily before the Purchase Act.

 

Prices and VAT
You can choose whether you want to see prices with or without VAT. The first time you use the website, all prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%).

 

Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to Your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the purchased products, prices, billing and delivery address. If something is wrong with the order or if you have not received an order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by email to decanordic@telia.com.
When purchasing as a private individual, you must have the attorneys' permission to place an order if you are under 18. Send an e-mail message to us with parental express permission for your order to be approved.

 

Cancellation and changes to the placed order
You can make changes to your order or cancel it until we deliver it to the company that will transport the shipment to you. After the transport has begun, changes cannot be made. It is the individual's responsibility to return the item, undamaged and unopen at their expense.

Delivery times
Our goal is to deliver all orders that arrive before 2pm on weekdays on the same day. This assumes that the ordered goods are in our own warehouse. In the list of items you can see the current stock balance. Some items also show balance for other stocks. You can order an item even if it is not in our own warehouse. In this case, the delivery will be delayed by 2-5 days. Goods not in stock may have a longer delivery time. Contact us at decanordic@telia.com if you are unsure.

Deliveries
Depending on the weight and size of the ordered items we send either by Postnord Item Letter, which means that you will receive the shipment directly in your mailbox or with Postnord MyPack or DHL Service Point. You will pick up these items at a store near you. We apply a uniform shipping cost of SEK 39 including VAT.
It is Your responsibility to redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time that shipments remain according to the e-mail or SMS that you have received. If you do not pick up the package, it will be sent back to us. We will then charge you for the cost of the return shipping as well as our administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, we will submit our claim for collection. You cannot exercise Your right of withdrawal by not collecting Your consignment.
Transport damage is reported to the delivery point where you collected the goods. If you discover the damage when you return home, you take the entire shipment (goods and packaging) to the delivery point for a claim notification.

You can also choose to pick up your ordered items at our store in Frillesås with advance notification. This delivery is free of charge.

Payment method
You pay for your goods with one of the following options:

Card payment with MasterCard or VISA via Paypal or WIX/Stripe. All information is secure.
When you complete your order, the order amount will be reserved on your card.
Upon delivery of Your goods, the order amount will finally be deducted from Your card.
 
Payment with Swish
When you choose Swish Payment, you will need to open your Swishapp and complete the payment for the order to be completed.
Enter the order number you received with your order confirmation to your email address as the reference for the payment.
Your order will not be delivered until we have received your payment.

Against invoice in collaboration with VISMA. Terms for this method of payment follow below.

Special conditions for payment against invoice
In cooperation with VISMA, we offer payment after delivery. After you complete your purchase, an invoice will be sent from DECA Nordic RC Distribution to the email address you specified. 
The invoice fee is SEK 19 including VAT, has 14 days credit for private individuals and 30 days for companies, and if the invoice falls due.

DECA Nordic RC Distribution acts as personal data controller in these cases.
Our main purpose for processing your personal data is for DECA Nordic RC Distribution to be able to fulfill obligations to you as a user / customer, but we also collect information about you who are not yet a customer but who want to be contacted by us.

As a personal data controller, DECA Nordic RC Distribution is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in a secure manner and that GDPR is complied with. We do not process sensitive personal data unless there is specific consent to handle it.

DECA Nordic RC Distribution protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organizational solutions. Access systems are required for access to all of DECA Nordic RC Distribution's systems that handle personal data. DECA Nordic RC Distribution employees as well as personal data assistants and deputies must comply with DECA Nordic RC Distribution's internal information security policy.

Personal data submitted to DECA Nordic RC Distribution without being requested will not be stored for more than a month, the exception applies to spontaneous applications and support or contract matters.

Personal Data Assistance


When you shop at one of us, your payment, delivery and storage of data is handled by one of our personal data assistants:

VISMA handles payments by invoice and needs to get your social security number.

Paypal, WIX/Stripe handles your payments with cards and will thus collect your card number.

Swish handles your Swish payments

Postnord and DHL carry out the delivery of your ordered goods. They need Your name, address, email and phone number.

WIX handles the storage of the information that the content of our sites consists of.

How cookies are used
Cookies are stored on your computer to save your shopping basket in connection with purchases on the website. Cookies are also used to give you a personalized experience on our website and for the website to function in the best possible way.

Your Rights
As registered with DECA Nordic RC Distribution, you have the following rights:

 - You have the right to receive information about what personal data processing is done with us. We have collected these in the Personal Data Processing table. The table shows, among other things, purpose, legal basis and storage time.
 - You have the right to request a register extract once a year where you can see what personal data processing we have about you.
 - You have the right to request redress if we have any errors registered about you.
 - You have the right to be deleted under these conditions:
: The data is no longer needed for the purpose they were collected.
: If the information is saved with your consent and you withdraw the consent.
: If the treatment is based on a balance of interests and there are no justifiable reasons that outweigh your interest.
: If the personal data has been processed illegally.
: If you object to treatment for direct marketing purposes.
 - The right to be deleted does not apply if we are required by law (eg the Accounting Act) to retain the information.
 - You have the right to data portability (the right to have your personal data transferred) provided that the legal basis is consent or agreement and what you can obtain is personal data relating to you, which you yourself have provided or generated by your actions /activities.
 - You have the right to request a restriction on the treatment, but not get the request fulfilled if it is a requirement that the treatment takes place in order for the product /service to work.
 - You have the right to object to a personal data processing and DECA Nordic RC Distribution will then cease the processing while the matter is being investigated.
 - You have the right to submit a complaint to the Integrity Protection Authority regarding treatments performed by us.
